Draught in California has been a hot topic. The Santa Clara Valley Water District offers some programs to help relieve the water shortage problem, including providing monetary incentives for removing lawn for low water landscaping.
There are other things we can do, such as using gray water to irrigate plants or/and installing rainwater collection barrels. In next blog, I would like to share with you some tips of converting lawn to low water landscaping and installing rainwater collectors.
